Cookie policy
1. In short
The Website uses a small amount of essential storage that it needs to work. With your consent, it also uses analytics and advertising cookies and pixels from Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and Microsoft. Nothing non-essential is loaded until you choose, and "Reject all" is as easy as "Accept all".
2. What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. First-party cookies are set by the site you are visiting; third-party cookies are set by another domain, for example an advertising platform. Session cookies are deleted when you close the browser; persistent cookies remain for a set period.
Similar technologies work in a comparable way and are covered by this policy: browser local storage; pixels or tags, small pieces of code that send information about a visit to a provider; and server-side APIs (such as Meta Conversions API or TikTok Events API), which send event information from our systems to the provider instead of from your browser.
3. Legal framework
Under the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (Regulation 6), the EU ePrivacy Directive (Article 5(3)) and Greek Law 3471/2006 (Article 4(5)), and in line with the guidance of the UK ICO and the Hellenic Data Protection Authority, a website may store or read information on your device without consent only where this is strictly necessary to provide a service you requested. All other cookies and technologies need your prior, free, specific, informed and unambiguous consent. Where those technologies process personal data, the GDPR also applies, as explained in our privacy policy.
4. How we ask for and record your consent
- On your first visit a banner offers three equally prominent options: Accept all, Reject all and Settings, where you can switch each category on or off.
- Until you choose, only essential storage is used. Closing or ignoring the banner is not consent.
- Google Consent Mode v2 starts in "denied" for all advertising and analytics signals. Google tags, and every other non-essential tag, are not loaded at all until you consent (basic mode).
- Your choice is stored in your browser together with a random consent ID, the date and the policy version. We ask again after 12 months, or sooner if we change the providers or purposes in a way that requires new consent.
- You can change or withdraw your consent at any time through the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page. When you withdraw consent, the Website deletes the related first-party cookies and reloads without those technologies. Third-party cookies set on other domains (for example facebook.com) can only be deleted from your browser settings or through the provider.
5. Categories we use
Essential: needed for the Website to function securely and to remember your language and privacy choices. Legal basis: strictly necessary, no consent required.
Analytics: measure how the Website is used (pages visited, traffic source, device, approximate location, time on page, anonymised interaction heatmaps) so that we can improve content and usability. Providers: Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity. Legal basis: consent.
Marketing: measure the results of our advertising (which ads lead to visits and enquiries), show our ads to people who visited the Website (remarketing) and build similar audiences, on Google, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Bing. Providers: Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Microsoft Advertising. Legal basis: consent. These providers may combine this data with other data they hold about you, as their own controllers.
6. Detailed list of cookies and technologies
The tables list every cookie and similar technology that the Website may set. Only the providers active at the time of your visit are loaded, and only in the categories you accept. Durations are the maximum set by the provider; providers may change the names or durations of their cookies, and we review this list regularly.

They are activated only with your consent to Marketing.
7. Managing cookies in your browser and with the providers
In addition to our cookie settings, you can block or delete cookies through your browser: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge. Blocking essential storage may affect how the Website works.
You can also manage interest-based advertising directly with the providers: Google My Ad Center, Google Analytics opt-out add-on, Meta ad preferences, TikTok ad settings in the app, LinkedIn advertising settings, Microsoft ad settings and youronlinechoices.eu.
8. Third-party websites and embedded content
Links to client websites in our portfolio and to social networks take you to sites we do not control, which have their own cookie and privacy policies. The Website does not embed third-party videos, maps or social media widgets.
9. Changes and contact
We update this policy whenever we add, remove or change a provider or category. The date at the top shows the current version. For questions, use the contact form. For how we handle personal data generally, see our privacy policy.
